How to look prettier without makeup

Again my alarm didn’t go off, it’s late and I just don’t have time to put on my makeup before I run away. It’s in mornings like these that I wonder if there’s any way to make the most of my time efficiently without getting scared because I’m late, which made me think that I’d like to look good even without makeup, and that there are probably other women who would also love to look good without going through the makeup process.

I researched and found these 5 tips to protect my skin (which is what I cover with makeup), which means I don’t have to feel ugly and spend a whole day in dark glasses if I’m late.

1. Exfoliate your skin

When we do not use a gentle exfoliator on the face, the dead cells on the skin surface become dull and therefore do not reflect any light. To combat this, exfoliate your skin twice a week using your favorite product, or you can make your own natural blend using baking soda and water in equal parts. Simply rub it on your face, gently massage the skin for about a minute and rinse with cold water.

2. Don’t touch yourself with your hands

A safe way to ensure that your skin looks better is to keep your hands away from your face. Stop touching your face unnecessarily all day long to pinch, scratch or whatever. The skin on your face is essentially delicate and therefore more susceptible to skin breakage and scarring. At the moment of pinching, rubbing the skin around your eyes or resting your face in your hands you are breaking, loosening and degrading its quality.

3. Have a hot cup of vitamin C

Vitamin C is one of my new rituals: when you wake up, drink a cup of hot water with lemon. It is a natural soothing soothing for the throat, and the citric aroma wakes your senses, plus the lemon juice mixed with hot water helps cleanse and purify our body from the inside out, so you will eliminate toxins and reduce the possibility of any future sensitivity in the skin.

4. Use sunscreen

Even if the weather forecast says the sun will be cloudy, your skin is still susceptible to UV rays, which can be harmful and cause unsightly blemishes; furthermore, unprotected sun exposure leads to premature wrinkles, discoloration and skin flaccidity. All these reasons are why we use makeup. Instead of putting on foundation makeup, use SPF sunscreen moisturizer – which you can find with a hint of color. Not only will you have protected skin, you’ll also moisturize it.

5. Use tonic

You may have eliminated this step from the routine of skin care after high school, but using a toner on the face after washing can help balance pH levels, which gives the appearance of a more even complexion and eliminates the need to apply a ton of makeup in the morning.
